DUCSA (spanish acronym for Uruguayan Fuel Distributor) is a property of the ANCAP Group.

ANCAP (spanish acronym for National Administration of Fuels, Alcohol and Portland) is the National Refinery and has a state monopoly in the importation and production of crude oil.

DUCSA started its activities in may 2001 with the main objective of distributing ANCAP fuels and lubricants. In january 2005 it undertook the challenge of the distribution of ANCAP's Liquid Peroleum Gas in the domestic market. Subsequently, in june 2007, DUCSA bought the retail network of Texaco gas stations in Uruguay and added Texaco Lubricants to its portfolio.

Furthermore, with the objective of growing and developing a new business,  in december 2007 DUCSA started activities in the distribution of Bunkers in Uruguay with the Bunkers ANCAP brand.

Bunkers ANCAP current market share is 48%. 50% considering only the IFOs market and 45% in the Marine Gas Oil market.
